Backlog for EE March applicants

I wonder why there's a backlog in CIC for March applicants? We've been waiting for 5 months already will no updates at all while they're already halfway done with newer applications!
Any insights?

I got the same question as well..why theres a backlog in processing March applicants?Just like you I've been waiting for almost 5 months now. Newer applicants are getting their DMs first.
I hope CIC realizes that and hoping that there is no technical issues of applications being lost on track!!!!!!!
