It's weirded, For some non sds takes just one month but for some background verification takes a life time!

It's weirded, For some non sds takes just one month but for some background verification takes a life time!
I don't care when background verification completes in the application status tracker. All I care is why it takes too long. My background verification started in September 07. And all other sections are complete
Lol my started august 31st till date.
eligibility started 13th October till date. No response
Does ircc issues all accepted student visa application like at the end of month or they don't have any fixed days when they'll send our ppr requests??

My application status is:
Biometrics completed
Medical completed
Eligibility completed
Info sharing completed
Criminality passed
Background verification in progress since September 7.
I sent a few webforms and they said that they are running certain background checks.
I am from Afghanistan. And I think that is why my background verification has taken this long
