Medical not needed still didnot pass even i did it updront on 18/11/2017 is it possible to start background before medical???

I am in similar situation... I am happy that i am in IP2. But application is not moving in the conventional way like many people on the forum :-(

ADR 30th NOV
ADR submission 1st Dec
ADR is being reviewed 2nd dec
ADR not required 22nd dec
BG - in progress 22nd dec

hi, did u get ppr and when?? im at a similar situation, IP2 and medical status not needed... AOR was 16 Augsut
