Background decleration form filling query

In Education section, there are four levels of education

I completed 3 yrs diploma, B.tech(3 yrs), M.Tech(1.5 yrs)

So I have to give distribution as follows:

1. Elementary/primary - 8Yrs(upto 8th STD)
2. Secondary- 2 yrs(upto 10th STD)
3. university/college - 4.5 yrs(B.tech + M.tech)
4. Trade school or post secondary school - 3 yrs(diploma)

If I am not correct, Please advise me
