Background declaration where should i mail the form

Did the letter give you a physical mailing address? Did the letter ask you to reply to the email with the form attached?

I would fill out the form, validate it, and upload it through your GCKey account. You digitally sign it in the upload process.

If you have technical difficulties trying this (sometimes the upload button is missing), you can fill it in, validate it, Print it out, physically sign it, scan it into a pdf document, and then upload it through "Webform" as a technical ticket. There is a file size limit for file uploads through webform so you may need to use a webservice such as ILovePDF.

I´m trying to find the Schedule A Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form but I can only access the old version (2012). Could someone help me? I have tried with the links that are in the letter that I have received but it does not seem to work. Thank you!

You will have to download the pdf before you try to open it. (right click, save as)
