it is not okay because they want the one with validation. i been searching it for a month but i couldn't find it unfortunately.

they also don't accept the scanned forms like some people fill the forms validate it and then scanned it to their account which the cic does not accept.

Any and all travel outside the country needs to be included.

I have printed the IMM 5669 06-2019 form.

In the addresses section, what do we write in 'TO' section? Do we write ongoing, today's date or what? Please suggest if any of you have filled the form by hand.

For the question:

6- d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a CSQ or Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada, or any other country?

does this include study visa? Or the temporary resident visa is the same thing as the study visa??

Anyone completing these forms should understand that this phrasing is as broad as possible to include ALL possible types of immigration, residency, visitor or other status and entry at ANY TIME WHATSOEVER.

Permanent plus refugee plus visitor or temporary resident means ALL CATEGORIES THAT EXIST

So yes, of course that includes study visa as well.
