Background Declaration Form query (schedule 1)

I have started filling out my forms and am a little confused about 1 thing

In the education section, question 10,

different countries have different terminology in education system. I am from India will all education from India CBSE system. How should I fill that question

My best guess is

Elementary / Primary school - 5 (1st to 5th grade)
Secondary / High School - 7 (6th to 12th grade)
University / College - 6 (4 years Engineering + 2 years full time PG Diploma in Business Management)
Trade School or other post secendary - 0

in details, do we need to give details of schools or college/uniersities only?

Isn't primary/elementary usually considered 1-4 standards in India? LP - Lower Primary, UP - Upper Primary, and HS - High School are the ones I've heard.

I gave 4, 6, and 7 respectively since my 12th grade (which was known as Pre-Degree then) was in college. Then 3 years for Bachelor's and 2 for Master's. IMO, yours should be 4, 8 and 6.

How many years to be specified for elementart/primary(1-5std)??
Higher/senior secondary (6std-12std)??

hello Aanbaan,Thanks for sharing this link.

As per this link, Class 6 to 10 comes under Secodary School. In Some Board, they call it 'High School'... You can check your 10th marksheet for right word.

should not 6-12 come under secondary education and not 6-10?
