After passing medical my background check was stating “we are processing your background check.will send you a message if we need more information” now after 13 days my it states” your background check has not started”
What does it mean??

This sounds like a good news. It means that you have passed Background Check IP1 and once it starts IP2, PPR will be the next.

hi Simran,

you are in IP1 this comes after biometrics are completed and as per my opinion the eligibilty is met or recommended pass .you need to wait till that it will change again to we are processing your background this is the real IP 2 may be after one month or two .and after IP 2 you can expect your PPR (01 to 18 days) if you are not under Security screnning or if you dont have many employers( many reference letters).

may i ask how do people know that the background check has started or not started? im curious if ours has started or has already been completed.
