Hallo i just discovered why my application is stalling at the CIC nairobi. One of my reference did not answer the phone. It it was my former employer now the CIC is doubting the reference. My former boss was sorry for missing the call. Should i tell her t write to the embassy and explain or should i write to the embassy myself. I feel cheated if the VO is going to make a negative decision simply becoz of the missed call. All other references checked out ok. Pliz anybody help. Give me idea

I dont think they can make a decision based on one missed call, if they have doubt they will always clarify before making a decision.If you can get your former employer to address them, then well and good
