Background Check Status Changed

Hello guys,

My spouse's background check recently changed to "Not Applicable", she has passed her eligibility and medical. Can anyone tell me what this means, thanks!

sometimes it means that a decision has been made or it means that they are starting the background check. wait a day or two what does ecas say?
 
Last thing it says is that "Medical Results Received"....
On the CIC page it indicates that the medical passed
 
Hey guys so my BG Status changed today from 'Not Applicable' to 'We are processing your background check'
Is this a good sign?
