We did our medical last April 20,2010. Do we need to get PCC now from Saudi Arabia? Or we will wait the letter from CIC Buffalo requesting the PCC? I read in their website that you need to provide THE LETTER FROM THE SOURCE ASKING FOR THE POLICE CLEARANCE. Can we get a PCC from Saudi even without letter of request from CIC buffalo? Thank you so much...

I tried to reply to your PM but your inbox is full. Anyway, if CIC did not request for the PCC, you don't need to submit. If they did and you cannot comply within the deadline, you may write a letter to CIC, stating the reason why you cannot comply and request for a waiver. In my husband's case, we requested for the PCC from the Saudi Embassy here in Washington DC, although they accepted the request, they told my husband that it would take 4 to 6 months to process which is beyond the 90-day deadline given to me by CIC-Buffalo. That's why I had to write a letter to CIC explaining the circumstances and requesting for the waiver of PCC. I did not get any response from them. When I sent them an e-mail to follow-up, the response was, they will send me a letter/e-mail if they need additional documents. Instead, I received the request for passports.

I am new to this forum. I also lived in Riyadh saudi arabia from 2000-2005, i applied for AINP expecting nomination anytime soon.
Presently i am living in Raleigh, North Carolina,
1.) I like to know how to apply and request PCC from Saudi Embassy.
2.) How to get or apply the FBI clearance certificate?

I would really appreciate if somone can post reply to my query or can direct me to any link.

can i have direct link where i can download cover letter and finger print card from FBI, i went to this FBI website, but when i try to download the cover letter, it gets hang, i tried this many times.

Since i live in Raleigh, NC which agency i should go or contact to get FBI fingerprint card.
Is there any website where i can figure out services provided to apply or get FBI fingerprint card through online based on our location.

You can print the FBI fingerprint card and have your fingerprint taken at the local police station. Then send the card to the FBI office, just follow the instructions in the website.

Thanks, if i take the FBI fingerprint card to my local police station for fingerprinting do they ask any proof of letter or any document to show them that i need the fingerprinting or they just do the fingerprinting without any proof. If they ask what document i should provide them? Thanks again !!.
