hello qorax, pmm , aanban, rupeshhari & other senior member

I have applied as an accountant in feb 2010 this month. whatever i have shown as experince is true. I am working in my company from last three year as an accountant . The doucment which i will submit with my qualification & workexperince are
1----All the bank statement of last three year which showing the amount of salary credit in my bank account along with my company name
2---I got my experience letter , appraisal letter, & promotion letter, salary slip & form no-16 & moreever my Income tax return also shows the salary income from my company
3----I did photocopy of my company access card with my photo & the name of company
4---I will attach the memorandum of article which shows the genuinety of company & the borchure of companies projects which are going on
5---I will attach Companies provident fund return in which my name also mentioned that shows that my provident fund also deducted
6---I have the provident fund receipt which i have recieved from provident fund office ( that is government document which will support my case)

Now my question is this after submitting all these document will they do enquiry in my office Actually My all experince letter, appraisal letter & salary slips are signed by my CFO ( chief financial officer) . Now i had a quarrel with him . I afraid that if they call my cfo then he may be give negative reply . I think when i will submit all the documents which shows that i am working in the company then why they enquire. MAy be they will enquire about my job duties that i have shown in my application.

I know that background check done after medical can any body tell me that in what time period enquiry will done by department for one month or how much days so i can take care of that fro the same period

hi bundpaa...
whwt r u showing about work experiences? u dont have to show providend fund.. etc. just a refference letter from ur office head. and photocopy of contract paper. stating that about ur duties and resposibilities and working time frame. u should take care when ur e-cas will be changed on "in process". after med.

hi bishu
actually i will show all these document to support my case. There is nothing worng if you submit the additional document because it reduce the enquiry chances.

I think you answered yourself above. You said it reduces the inquiry chance not eliminate it.

It is up to officer.

Some officers call and some other do not.

It seems they did not call mine to clarify things.

Good luck with yours.

Inquiry is always good, I dont count on it as I believe and know that having an world war with my CFO wouldnt prompt him to answer negatively to the Canadian Inquiry officer. This is not why a CFO has been promoted to his post. in my previous job, my manager wanted me to quit so that he'd employ someone known to him. eventually I quit but he was not behaving with me something as you were afraid of, Leaders go through a series of counselling and trainings on managing their angers. If they are professional they will seggregate their personal anger with professional environments.

besides, Immigration inquiry officers are well aware of the languages and thugs used by some of the crazy persons, they conduct scores of inquiries all the times, through the voice and reaction of the inquiry questions- they can guess the answer of its genuineness.

So stay well and dont worry. Go and have some chit chat with your CFO, I know some of these faces are hard to look at but again, its your CFO !!
