background check gckey and tracking tool

I got aor yesterday and the background check part in gckey says this:

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

so is that also for the same thing as the "we started processing your bgc" on the google sheets tracking tool? or do I get another notification when they started the background check and then I can fill in the tracking tool?
