Background check document (police) from Canada

Hi,
I live in Canada for 2 years now. Do I need to provide background check document (police) from Canada for PR application? I am applying from inside Canada.

Yes you do need a police clearance from the countries you have lived for more than 6 months.

Depends from where you get. For most of the countries it is valid for 6 months.

I meant validity duration of document received in Canada, for Canada.

You DO NOT need to provide a PCC for Canada, they will request it when processing your application IF they need it.
