I have got an offer letter from quebec in DEC that is pre university diploma in health science. I want to know what can i study after this if I plan to move to another province after completing this diploma. If I go for bachelor's degree gow many years would i have to invest to complete it.

Pre-university is a usually a pathway to get admission in universities. It should be there in the university's website what you can study after the diploma and how much credit if any you will get.
