hi
I with my spouse have been in Australia for 2 years. I would like to apply for a Canadian tourist visa. I have 3 months old baby who was born in Australia but we are not the Australian citizens. Do I still need Canadian tourist visa for the infant?

What passport does the baby have given Australian rules for babies born in the country not so clear as a baby born in Canada. If the baby has an Australian passport then they would be visa free for Canada but would need an ETA. Any other passport then would need to check in link below but the passports/citizenship the parents hold is not relevant for travel to Canada, it is the baby citizenship that is important

my baby holds an Indian passport issued in Sydney. so for the online application what should I fill in the country of the issue? would it be India

It is India. The passport wasn't issued by Australia.
