Baby born as a tourist - affects application or kid's citizenship?

I have a frd asking about this case:

If she had her baby born in Ca many years ago when she entered in Ca as a tourist (she was entitled to stay 6 months). She stayed in Ca to give birth cos her family was here actually.

now she wants to apply through FSW or Express Entry. She wonders if:

1. her application would be turned down cos her baby was born when she's a tourist.

2. her application would 'affect' her kid's citizenship in any way?

3. Was she illegal to given birth to a child as tourist back then?
