Baby born after medical Request

I have just received medical request. But I have baby now which was not included in the application before. Now What is the process? Does it delay in the process of PR. Could you please inform me in details what should I be done at this stage?

cong for ur baby and medical
just inform to immigration , when u go for medical try do medical for ur baby also
u can get form from doc or u can download from net
u can ur baby medical with ur
