Hi, I entered Canada last week. We have PR cards and intend to settle in Canada. My question is that I shipped my household items and they have already arrived. CBSA has forgot to stamp my b4 form as unfortunately I was not aware that this is the most important document. Now custom is not releasing my goods. Please help me that how to clear my household.

Did you actually present your B4 to CBSA when you landed or came back to Canada? How long have you been a PR and when/where did you get your CoPR stamped and signed?

Try calling CBSA and explain your problem, they should be able to give you advice on how to rectify it. Here are there telephone numbers at Pearson Airport(you can look up other contacts for other airports):
CBSA-Immigration
Terminal 1: (905) 612-7928
Terminal 3: (905) 676-5316

Could you please assist with a link for downloading the b4 form?
