Sigh, the more and more I read the personal accounts of other applicants in this forum, the less and less I trust Immigration agencies and consultants in general.
The only way to be CERTAIN of how your educational qualification will be assessed regarding Canadian equivalency is to ACTUALLY get it assessed by one of the authorized agencies. Some of these agencies have tools on their websites that you can use to get an IDEA of how your qualification will be assessed but, even then, nothing is certain until the true assessment is completed.
