Awaiting visitor visa for my daughter's convocation

Hello friends,

My and my wife's Biomatrics and paper application is already submitted on 24-May-2019, which reached CIC bangalore office on 27-May-2019. Since that day, status shows, Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2019/05/27.

On CIC web site, its mentioned as 13 days for visitor visa after reaching CIC office. My daughter's convocation is on 12th June, which I don't think, I will be able to attend. I already have booked ticket for both of us.

Can friends tell, why its taking too late?

Processing times are averages and often take longer. For a June 12 date on reflection might have been better to have applied back in March/April or earlier, May 24 was always likely to have been high risk. Never advisable to book tickets unless have visa approved given IRCC do not pay much attention to travel dates given every applicant regards their application as being a priority.

Visa application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxxxxxx – Decision envelope has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 2019/06/11 2019/06/11 via courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.

Do all applicators receive the same message or its different for approved and rejected applications?
