My brother applied for student permit in June 2024, hasn't heard back till now. The last update on his application was in October, which was just acknowledgement that they received the web form. He hasn't raised another web form ever since. We're unsure of what to do at this point, there's no answer on their helpline either. He has already deferred his start date for 2 consecutive semesters. We know people who applied for the same type of degree at around the same time and got acceptance and refusals as well, but he just hasn't heard back. What should be our next step? The wait seems endless.
