The only thing useful you can take from this is, you can't say interview waved in your timeline anymore. It can still happen.

The final decision part is even more confusing when you click on the ? Mark

If your application is approved, we will send you instructions on what to do next.
These instructions will be sent to your account.
If your application is refused, we will send you the reason(s) for the refusal.

But in the box itself it says below

Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

It's been 4 years now for me. I will keep waiting

Did my medicals in May 2016 and since then no updates and waiting for PPR.

But friend I have heard that cic has time of 3 months after medical received Status for Decision made status.. . I don't know anyway if I am correct!!
So did you drop them visa specific Enquiry?

Got Decision Made 24 hours after PPR. So it is possible to receive either one of them before the other.

Because as i am opening CIC website..under My application..It shows that website last modified on 27-Jan-2017
So i do not find any update in my status... Its showing the same (Medical results have been received)

I am confused...Help me please..

When you open ecas after logging in your details that is where you see it. It is either "in process" or "decision made".
