Awaiting BG Check

Hello guys! I sent my full application after the ITA back in DEC19 2017 and I passed my medical exam but then I didn't see any updates on my application so I'm a little worried ... It still says "Processing BG check" and "We are reviewing weather you meet the eligibility requirements" ... Is there anyway I can contact them via phone so I can at least get any feedback on where my application stands now?
