Hello everyone, my mother and I are both trying to visit Vancouver as tourists. She was invited to participate in the World Dermatology Congress in Downton Vancouver, and we are planning to go together.

We are from the Dominican Republic, and we saw that the Processing Time is 10 days here. Does that apply for online applications? or only paper ones? If so, what's the average processing time of an online application?
