I will accept the NOI(ontario) on 7th june 2017. just wanted to know how much time does Ontario take to send the nomination letter(600 points).

is Ontario still paper based or online??

It's all online now - please read the application guide on the Ontario immigration website before you begin your application process.

The speed of nomination is on a case to case basis. Some members of this forum have received their nominations in less than 2 weeks.
