Do we have an approx timeframe of how long it takes from sending initial application to being called for test? It know it varies vastly but do we have some average period for an usual processing ?
There's none, apart from the usual "less than a year for most people".
You can check the spreadsheet for your city / month, but that doesn't mean anything for your own application.
