What are the average rents for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment within commutable distance to Toronto or Vancouver? How much do bills come upto? Are there any property or any other taxes to be paid? I'm ok with traveling by public transport or driving for about an hour each way so I don't need to live within the heart of the city, suburbs are fine.
