My in-laws are applying for three weeks to come visit us with two dependent daughters. FIL has more than $50,000CAN and MIL has more than $20,000CAN in their bank accounts. Should I put that as "funds available for this trip"?

Are those funds available for their trip? If so, yes, if not then no.
