Has anyone get auto reply message from cic after sending them documents via web form. We sent a them doc but we didn' get auto reply. Not sure if that's how it happens now.
That happened to me once and got reply from some human after few days. This means that some agent is actively working on your application and mail was routed to his/her mail box instead of some generic CIC mail box. It's a good sign.
