Auto refusal

Hello,

we filed two study permit applications for twins and both got rejected automated On non working days.

type : non sds
10k gic
First year fee paid
With bank statements and LOE
PTE 49 & 52

One got correspondence letter and refusal letter together, other guy got biometric correspondence one day and the next day evening same time got refusal.


Both got same automated reason for refusal

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application. • Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your future prospects and plans

How to get it approved ?

What are their full profiles? Ages? Marks? Program? Grades? PTE scores are low and not relevant for IRCC. IRCC accepts IELTS or CELPIP. Don’t know what non working days have to do with refusal.

Order GCMS notes because seems like students have poor marks, transcripts, language (which they do). Non SDS doesn’t require language tests but since you included the results and results are low then IRCC wonder if students will be able to understand, speak read and write during their studies. IELTS or CELPIP are only considered and highly recommended to show proficiency in the language to complete studies.

It will start accepting late 2023..
