Hi everyone, I am brand new to this forum and this is my first post so sorry if I am making any mistakes in posting!
My husband and I are currently finishing up our Outland Spousal Visa. As you all know it was a crazy long process and we are so excited to finally send it in within the next few weeks! However, my husbands documents were in Spanish so he got them translated to english at a notary public, then he shipped them to me. The notary public included an original photo copy of his documents, however I am not sure they wrote out what is necessary for the visa.
My husband and I obviously live in different countries and I do not have his documents, therefore we would have to ship back and forth AGAIN which would cost money and be more work, as well as add time before we can send in the visa. However, obviously I want it to be done correctly.
If anyone knows if what I have is enough to be authorized, please let me know! Thanks :)

Why do you think what you have is not enough?

It's hard to answer your question without actually seeing the documents. Why don't you find a registered Immigration Consultant near you and get their professional advice? They can look over your entire file and tell you if you've made any errors.

just because it doesn’t say “i authorize that this is an exact copy..” etc. i hope it’s enough i’m just worried! we are hoping to do this without anyone reading it over and doing it all ourselves, this is my only question

That seems like a pretty important omission. If the document isn't certified to be an exact copy.. I would say that you will have issues.

I don't know for sure, maybe other people can help you. Good luck.
