Authorization to return to Canada.

My husband had interview the lady said if she approved him he would have to pay an arc for his refugee claim in 2010...then told him she will send her decision by mail...when we checked our process online it said decision made and a note sayin correspondence was sent out by mail...the question is would she approve us then we do the arc then after that we would get passport request? Or does it mean we are denied seeing we didnt get a letter for arc first...we are confused...

I paid my fees and removal expenses on the 14 of October. Have not heard anything else since than...

Anybody has an idea of how long after paying those fees would take to finalize ARC and they could end the processing of our PR application?

Any previous experiences?

If not have strong cause very difficult back to go to Canada, because this year has been changed relevant Acts ARC and processing procedure! Bad news, that there is not time frame! Last year the ARC finalize was 1-6 months

If you paid process fee, next step an ARC file opening, it is 1-3 months and 3-12 months the finalize. VO different.

Thanks for the response but I think I did not make myself clear on explaining my situation.
I paid ARC processing fee in September 2015. Was scheduled an interview on August,2016. In October they accept my ARC but in order to process ARC I was requested to pay removal expense fee which I did. I also paid RPRF without them asking. And now I don´t know what to expect next to have my application finalised. I guess ARC are processed in the VO but also in an office inside Canada.
If someone knows what I can expect. Let me know!

I believe you'r approved , they don't usually send emails informing of the ARC approval .

It just happened the same with me.
They did not send any information regarding the results for ARC, but 9 weeks after we paid the RPRF and removal expenses fee, they requested the Passports which it was on 19 of December. So I hope yours are just like mine...relax and wait for PPR!

Dec 1 we got document request for PGR, finger prints, RCMP check and payment (Mexico). We are in process of getting all docs. I'm hoping once this is all submitted we get news about ARC and to start that process. Is that the order in which it usually happens?

However, we have not received any response on our ARC application or an ARC approval letter/form with the PR Visa and the COPR. We are concerned as we will need the ARC approval letter/form to re-enter Canada. Additionally, based on an ARC procedure manual from CIC they are supposed to put a note on the COPR "Remarks" section that ARC was granted which is not there in our COPR Remarks section. Has anyone been in the same situation or has a COPR with that remark or the ARC approval form/letter. Please help.

Your ARC is approved otherwise you won't have a CoPR , ARC Approval is sent directly to Canada Borders Services Agency .

I won my spouse federal appeal in Dec 2016. I also need a Arc from Delhi.. Do you know how long it is taking these days from Delhi embassy?
