Hi there I saw we have sorta the situation, and I'm a bit lost.. My whole family was deported from Canada since our refugee was declined. I'm American and Mexican, and I'm trying to return. I know we have to apply for ARC and pay the government back for the plane ticket. I was wonder what else what I need to do? How long does the ARC application take and are my chances high? I was deported March 13, if anyone can please help me out, it would mean a lot, thanks!

ARC processing time depends on Visa Office. I have heard Mexico takes 2-3 months for processing ARC.
Whether your chances are high , depends on your reason to return. If applying thru family sponsorship, PNP , FSW chances are high ... if applying to return to visit or study , the chances are slim..

I also have a friend who would let me stay at their house, can that be my family sponsor ship? She's Canadian and her family would help me. Im trying to be back in canada in atleast 4 months do you think it's possible?

you will have to first apply for either family sponsorship, PNP or FSW. Once the application gets approved they will ask u to submit ARC fee. I don't think your friend or her family will be able to sponsor you on family sponsorship. You can be sponsored by your spouse or common law partner in family sponsorship .. and this all needs at least one year to 1.5 years. Not possible in 4 months, sorry!..
