Authenticity of the AIP for Fall 2020

Hi All,

I have received my AIP on 13 Aug, 2020 under SDS category. However, when I read the CIC website and their latest webinar on 28th August, I came to know that IRCC gives AIP through GC Account.

In my case, I got the AIP on my personal email which is bit unusual. No message is on my GC key account. I was about to start my session in the university but now I am under high pressure.

Can you guys please help that how you are receiving AIP?

I have sent my AIP on web portal for cross verification.

Any comment is highly appreciated.

Thanks Jatin. I also had a conversation with someone who got AIP on mail on 13th August. I am wondering if 13th August, is special day where everyone got AIP on mail.

go for the online classes if documents you uploaded are genuine, medical is ok, no information hidden in the profile and you are not criminal. Is any condition doesn't satisfy, then you can defer.

My all documents are genuine... But still if i want pursue my education with full surety (after sp) and get deferred into jan intake..,would i be in trouble at second stage...?
Like some people says,,that will show you an insincere student...

Even I have the exact se doubt as you. I received my AIP on 14th August, but the date on AIP is of 13th August and it came in through email.
No updates were found in my GC key Portal.
Even I started doubting this after watching the recently concluded IRCC Webinar.

Hope it's genuine as I know many who received like how we did during 13th and 14th!!

Hey Mithun,

Now we don't have to worry. Many people got the AIP on the email. Regarding the date, it is because 13th of Canada is 14 th of India. Probably this is the reason.

I also got an email too dont worry as many of us got an email and even for the ones who received through the GCkey account the status did not change
