Authenticity of lmo ?

I applied for work permit with LMO ! I got reply letter from cic saying ," they does not find my name into there computer and position have been already filled ! Now i have 15 days to replly " so i think , they need prove that lmo is not fake , as i talked to my emplyer he still want me to do work and he said nothing is wrng with LMO , its error somhow ! What should i do ? Or anyone has idea ?

What happens sometimes is that SC puts wrong name on the application, which doesnt reflects your (real) name from work permit application.

Thnks johnny , so wht should i write back to CIC , my employer e-mailed to deparment for solution but no reply yet ! Time is ticking fast , only one week left ?

Unfortunately I don't have answer to that question. Maybe you (your employer) should give them a call.
