Australian police certificate for working holiday visa

Hi guys,

I'm currently in the application process for a working holiday visa and have a question about the police certificates. I'm a German citizen and have travelled throughout Australia for 6 months a couple years ago, so I applied for an Australian PC. I also read that you have to submit a traffic history if you've lived in Queensland or Victoria. I was travelling, so didn't really 'live' anywhere. Do I still need to provide evidence that I've never held a driver’s licence in these states or is it enough if I just submit the NPC?

There have been cases where people who had not been in Queensland or Victoria had their applications rejected, because, they did not submit a traffic history. It would be wiser to submit your traffic history to avoid any kind of rejection.

I just submitted it this morning before I saw your reply I didnt know what to do, so I attached a letter of explanation stating that I didn't reside in Queensland or Victoria. Let's hope for the best.
