The MR rains have started for MI 3. I applied in July 2011 and received AOR in Sep 2011 with Application packaged forwarded to Accra in same Sept. I got a mail with my MR forms yesterday morning.

Please all, am a bit confused. Which date is an application filled as indicated on the timeline in the forum? Is it the date an applicant sends his/her application or the date e-cas states the application was received?
