Hello good guys. I must say I am enjoying this thread. The letter posted on LVO applicants thread sent to an pplicant is quiet revealing.It means MI1 might be thru in or b4 june. Pls Omoba u sound quiet optimistic that MI3 might be super fast in accra from July. Why do we have MI1 just being processed when some MI2 have been called for medical.It is more like first in last out.I hope accra would comply and obey Mr Kenny instruction to fast track our application IJN.

It's good to be an optimist.MI-2 would be fast as well and not only MI3. I don't know of any recent Accra MI-2 that got MR reported on this forum. The last report was by Omobaba, a mid march, 2011 applicant. Check tracker below:

Reason being that MI-2 was priority and is still priority as NOC remains same with MI-3. MI-1 no longer represents the shortage skills in Canada but backlogs needs to be cleared before the cap opens again in July, 2012 as CIC is trying to create a real time application process in the near future.

Good day my friends.Most thread support Omoba7 analysis on accra and LVO activities of resent as more MI1 and 2 are been attended to at the moment and that July might be smoking for MI3 guys. somebody affirmed that our ecas reading IN PROCESS means we are at the edge of getting medicals and PPR as most assement hve been done in sydney.Pls guys, what is your take on this.Are we sure accra might not request new bank stment as they made many MI1 and 2 to send fresh bank stment and other time wasting stuff?

Let Accra smile at us this coming month o. Can anybody tell me what the Medical test entails? I like to know the different tests one will undergo. I hear say it is not a bad idea to have a pre-test before one goes for theirs just to be sure all is well.

Anyway,my application was received by CIC on 18 July 2011 and PER in November but till now no response from ACCRA .My ecas is
showing inprocess with we received your application on ----------only.

Just go and do complete health profile in a private laboratory bcos virtually everything is checked.

Accra is only attending to MI-1 at the moment. MI2 and MI3 could be anytime from next month as omo naija has suggested. Visa offices could ask for any document at any time t, even with passport request. So the motto is "be prepared".

Welcome, you are welcome on the bigger thread as well. Amen to your prayers, Canada PR application requires patience. God makes all things beautiful at its time. The test are physical examination, x-ray, blood and urine. Its not a bad idea at all to undergo medical test before VO makes the request. You can read further on medics here:

Alfpharm, everyone is accepted on here, omo naija is a July applicant as well. My per was received in November as well and my ecas is exactly as yours. But I have seen cases in NDVO MI3 where it went from "we receive your app" to "we started processing". Some even went from "we received your app" to "MR received".

Welcome on board Alfpharm. I think it would be safe to say this thread is open to all MI 3 applicants using the Accra VO.
Also I trust God that our "In-Process" status shall soon change to "Completed/Landed" in the VERY NEAR FUTURE.
Lets keep up those constructive lines & streams of encouragement as we steadily match towards our various destinations in Canada.

hello Alpharm, nothing yet . But all hope is not lost. I feel why NDVO mi3 are receiving mr is because the indians have a lot of members in the canadian parliament . .

why is accra vo not copying NDVO na?
Almost all mi3 from NDVO have gotten MR and none from accra. This is really man inhumanity to man

I know....CIC - VO's are not fair in dealing with applicants but can't really blame them as they are not regulated like private businesses. I wished all VO's were like manilla and new delhi. It's even worrying that July is around the corner and new rules might apply to applications already received by VO.

What most organizations do with backlog is to create a separate team to deal with new applications but Accra just ignored MI3 and the remaining MI2. I think Accra is banking on the fact that it has received very few applications for MI3 due to the 500 cap/NOC and probably the remaining MI2 are not much, they would try to complete all the pending applications before they start receiving MI5 at their office. But na speculation ooo....
