yeah you are right but its Islamic new year on thursday UAE holiday until sunday..(middle east i mean)

Im sure they are working on thursday , if you remember they worked on 25-October,while it was holiday for EID EL_ADHA.

they not working today? i think they are working today but they are just close to public, coz i ussually got an email every tuesday and i got my passport request tuesday also

Yap, this is correct, they are only not meeting public on Tuesdays yet they are working, hope "working" on finalizing our applications :)

guys, can you help me on how can i send inquiry to the embassy that the response will not be automated. like the reply that giving a number ( im not familiar what is the exact term for that number used in sending email to the embassy)
