it was Rycampos which is aug 30 applicant who joined this forum.. however most of aug 28 got their visas, it depends on applicant to applicant, depends on VO whos handling the case. lets just wait and keep the hope, it will come, dont wait and think much, you will feel frustated.. just keep on doing everyday life.. just pray

As much as it is depressive for me, yet want to give hope for you ; it is not a rule, I have applied for TWP for me and Open WP for my wife as married couple, I am consider "High Skilled", and still waiting

PS: applied on 03 Sep 2012.

First I was convinced it is chronologic, yet some applications as mentioned here submitted Sep 26 and got is Nov 08! I think it is depending on the Visa Officer and how he/she is reviewing the files, started making no sense to me!!!!

Anyhow, have nothing to do but waiting!

Unfortunately no!

My wife is on my sponsorship and is also working, this is her status. As far as I know, the best is that when your husband applies for TWP, to submit an Open Work Permit for you in the same file. When he gets his, it is so difficult, maybe not possible, to apply that for you within Canada because WP have to be issued in one of their embassies.

So best thing is to apply for him and for you in the same file, this way it is easier for you to get the Open WP and work anywhere in Canada and you will both get it in the same time.

Thank you for the info, I will apply for an open WP once my hubby has a visa. He got refused for 3 times here in the CEM so he decided to work there in Dubai. His employer in Canada got a lmo and contract for him with NOC 6242. So he will apply there for a twp. Hope he will give a visa there.
