YES its possible as long as he is lawfully admitted here in UAE meaning his residence/work visa from uae govt (labor) has been stamped on his passport...

Hi,
If my husband is a PR and living in Canada, is it possible that my work permit application will be rejected?? I am currently not living in Canada and have not been there at all. My husband married me recently and I got a job offer in Canada so I applied for the work permit. Do you think just because I am married to a PR may cause my work permit to be rejected?? I am not planning to stay or immigrate at all. I have to go back to my home country after my work is done.
Please help.

nope im august applicant, AUGUST 27 - RECIEVED By the canadian embassy. so far no news yet but i already send an email for follow up and they reply to me telling that the processing is delayed... how about you?

which way did use to send your police certificate to the embassy
I am based in Doha, I plan to send them by email, as they mentionned email or by mail (ARAMEX)
By the way it looks that only applicant from Qatar should undergo a medical examination, and other gulf countries are exempted from it

As per my experience you need to send the original police clearance.

In the mail they sent to me, thay suggested 4 ways to receive them, bu they mentionned that the email is their preferred way to receive the document.
It is right that they asked for original document, but I believe that as long as no modification was brought to it , it is still original copy.

I received a mail a week ago from the Canadian Embassy requesting the original copy of the Police clearance and employment certifcate
They gave 4 ways to send them these document, but they mentionned that via email is their preferred one.
I am planning to scan and them the document via email, but some guys told me that it should be by mail.

Regarding email is their preferred way to receive the document,this is their common sentence for all type of documents, meaning its look like automatic sentence.they are used for all documents.
But do you think it is difficult to send the original PC by ARAMEX?
