Is it normal that medical passed is updated seperately for both parents ? My fathers medical shows passed but no update on mom's medical

Hello everyone
Need advise. I applied supervisa application for my father in law and mother in law today as a family group with father in law as primary applicant. Paid biometric fee for both. About 3 hours later, received biometric request letter only for mother in law.
Need advise if someone know about this situation and what to do? Thanks.

its normal. wait for a few days before you book an appointment
Processing time updated as 153 days on october 01 is a very long time especially when the purpose of visit depends on the outcome. Most of the supervisa applicants have already one or two visitor visa rejections. So its too high a wiat time and nowadays they stamp visa for 5 yrs so we have to apply again and again. Its becomming tough visiting canada even for parents.

Completed Bio metric on 3rd Sept, Got ghost update same day for biometrics updated.
Medical is not updated in the system yet.

We are talking about the potential of an up to 5 year visit as long as you can qualify and pay for supervisa insurance so there does need to be some vetting. Many parents aren’t returning home after their visit and falsely assumed that this is a permanent move to Canada. One of the reasons more vetting is being done.
