Which all documents did you take for the interview? Passport , PR Card , ID Proofs , Anything else?
In the email instructions I was asked to bring whatever document I had submitted with my application, so I took my passports, PR Card, Driver's licence, and my Canadian Education Documents, but they didn't check my Education document at all, and marked my language as complete after the interview.

Hi ,

Thanks

I just called IRCC and learnt that the Criminality was Passed as of yesterday. LPP still Not Started. Before this, the last update I had was Test Complete on Jan 12, 2026 and Background Complete in Oct. 2025. Now, with the Criminality and Background both completed, is there anything else under Prohibition? I assume this is a good sign for my LPP as a whole?

According the my GCMS notes back in Feb, my criminality check had already passed; however, in the interview I was told that the security check has not been completed yet. I believe your case is similar to mine.

I think the prohibition is divided into criminality and security. Both must be completed before IRCC can mark the prohibition as passed. The problem is that the security screening is done by agencies outside of IRCC, so IRCC has no control over when it will be finalized.

Thanks for sharing! Is it possible to specifically ask about the 'security' piece by calling IRCC?

I guess they can at least tell you if it has started or not. I've called IRCC a few times before ordering the notes, but I was never given any details. That's why I decided to order the notes in Feb and that's how I figured I will be asked for an interview.
