Thank you for sharing, and I'm glad it was a smooth process. They didn't check the old passport or anything?

Btw GCMS/ATIP notes are taking how much time? I ordered them on March 20 but did not get them yet. I was hoping that oath might become before them. Should I raise another request? Someone said they might impact your oath schedule.
My LPP was done on Dec 31 2025. But waiting for oath from last 4 months and total application time of around 9 months.

Hi Team,

I need some help here.

I have submitted my application on August 25th,2025 and GC key login shows that my application was received on October 23rd, 2025.

Received an invitation for the test on 25th December and completed in the first week of Jan,2026.

From the time I submitted my application, I’m not able to create the tracker account. My GC key doesn’t show any updates at all apart from application submitted. When I try to create the tracker account, it shows it’s going to send a code to my Gmail. This is my correct email on the file - when I enter the UCI and application No it shows up and brings up my account; not I don’t get the code needed to complete the account creation. I contacted IRCC and they’re of no help; except they confirmed my correct email on file and say I should get the code

Any one and the same timeline and experienced the similar problem. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure what type of note you've requested, mine was "application summary" and I received them about two weeks later. But anyway, I don’t think the notes will be very helpful for you at this point, since you’re just waiting to be scheduled for the oath.

There is some theory that since GCMS notes are to be generated, someone has to manually pull the file to take a look at it. My file is esentially stalled. Most people receive oath invites in 2 weeks to worse 2 months. I am in 10% of the slower files which are ignored and till it touches 12 month mark.
4 months post LPP waiting for oath is not normal, not an outlier but not an average cas.e
I live in Montreal which is sending oath invite to october and November applicants whose LPP passed 4 to 5 weeks back.
Trust me one might think after LPP what is big deal about oath invite, but I have learnt it is. I have seen oddball cases where people waited 6 to 8 months just to get oath.

And after certain time, your BG checks expires. LPP expires. Everything has to be re-done.

I totally get your frustration, My application is hitting 9 months in a few days too, and LPP is still in progress. Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do as long as it’s within processing time. I just keep telling myself this is my last application with IRCC, so hang in there! :D

Hello, just need some input from you guys. Out of everyone whose application is progress and did not get returned, is there anyone who applied after only 2 years as a PR with the rest of the time filled by their PGWP status AND had a trip or trips outside of Canada? How much extra days did you give? I’m eligible in a month. Became a PR in April 2024 but I had a couple of trips outside Canada since then. When would you advise me to apply for citizenship? Thanks.
