Montreal. But Vancouver office. Region is irrelevant. Montreal is sending invite to October applicants now. It is Vancouver office that is messing people LPP to oath.
Whether its KW, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa. When you LPP is done, they keep your files in a rack, and then transfer it when its full to local office. Whether it takes 1 month or 3 month is your luck. So you don't enter the scheduling queue for that 1 to 3 month or whatever time Vancouver office sits with your approved file.

AOR is irrelevant. Only application date counts. But here you go.

Everyone AOR comes from Sydney AFAIK. So was mine.
You come to know your office either by calling and asking IRCC, or it shows on GCMS notes

Hi folks, any updates or news for Kitchener/Waterloo applicant who are waiting for oath from Februery (LPP completed in mid-Feb and oath not started)?

My oath was scheduled for April 13th. I got email towards end of March. Since I was away, i requested for rescheduling. They told me the reschedule will happen after 45 days. This is for Kitchener. Hope this helps.

I haven't received the instructions yet, I got to know about the interview when I checked my tracker. I believe they'll send the instruction email closer to the interview date. I had travelled 4 times during my eligibility period, so there is a possibility they want to take a look at my passports.

Yes, I had "Grant Interview Ready In-Person" in my notes as well.
