seems Vancouver is much slower compared to other cities
How do you check which location is your application at , BY THE WAY , same situation as your signature , only test pass but everthing else in in progress . Applied Aug 29 , AOR Nov 10. I have a name split situation after landing though.

Finally, I got Oath ceremony update today in tracker. Oath ceremony is on 16th Feb.
Woww! A month in advance! I feel like you are not from big major cities? (Just my guessing hehe)
And, congratulations!!!

Oath invite for Feb 6, 2026!

I will need to reschedule it!
Hi, were you able to reschedule your oath? If yes, could you please share how you did it and how long it took to hear back from IRCC?

I am intentionally planning to take the test closer to the deadline because I am currently outside Canada for family reasons as my mom is unwell. I am hoping this will allow my oath to be scheduled a bit later rather than immediately in February.

Hello Guys. Just want to know: I took citizenship test. Chose option to email me results on final page that showed my results. And clicked exit in last page. Should I do anything else or just wait for tracker to update? Some people are posting test completed IRCC internal date. How are they seeing that?

Hi everyone - My wife and I submitted application on Aug 30 and got AOR on Oct 31. Since then language, physical, prohibition and background is showing "in progress". Is anyone in the same boat? Anything we can do to speed up the process?
Nothing at the moment , you can file a GCMS , at this moment , so in 2 months time if it is still stuck you would have better clarity where it is stuck or some more infomation on hand , and may be you can proactively submit a web formm for missing information or , contact your MP when it hits a year timeline .

Applying a GCMS not now would take 1-2 months for delivery . Hopefujlly things go forward with you application

I am living in Brampton. I preferred e certificate so they may allot virtual that too on a holiday.
Aaaa, I see! Thank you! My guess is wrong haha.

I'm not even sure what I wanted for the certificate.

Please keep us updated on the ceremony hehehe

My location is Vancouver, and the processing office is Sydney.
You should able to find it in the AOR

Hey! I'm still waiting for their email invitation to oath so I can reply them to ask for a change of date. I expect them to email me a week before the scheduled date (so around Jan 30, 2026, I will already be outside of Canada at this date).

I learn that they have very clear instructions on how to ask for a reschedule, so we only need to read it carefully and follow the instructions.
As I see from my friends, they take 1-2 days to respond back (but for some other people, they never receive anything)

Intentionally taking the test closer to the deadline - that's what I thought of as well, but I didn't do it in the end. I think that can be a good strategy; and even if you receive the oath invite while you are not in Canada, staying with a loved one is a very reasonable excuse and IRCC will have no problem with it (in my opinion)

I hope your mom will feel better soon, sending prayers your way!
