I completed my test last week and tracker updated today (December 19):

Submitted: August 1st
AOR: September 29
BG completed: October 3
Test invitation: December 9
Test done: December 12
Test completed on Tracker: December 17

Did you just logged in to check this test completed update on the tracker or you got an email?

They don't send any emails for test completion. I Logged in (I do this every morning) and noticed the update. The update wasn't there when I logged in yesterday, looks like tracker is updated with a few days delay.

Your result was already approved? I passed after midnight too

It wasn't up until last night. Same as what @Neda_shad said, I log in every day to the tracker, and it wasn't completed up until last night. I logged in just now and it says that it was approved on 17 December 2025.

I'm part of Nov's intake, but I want to attach a clarification cover letter. The agent over the phone couldn't find my application, how can I submit a webform in that case?
(I think the clarification is related to the background search, which seems to happen with the AOR step based on the shared timelines on this forum).
