Called and was told they can only reach out to the visa office

I am wondering if anyone from this group have received eCOPR?

I received and responded to portal 2 email on November 20 and there has been no activity on my Gkey, tracker or PR portal since then.

I have sent webform, email, call and email PM. Not activity at all.

Any suggestions on what to do?
