So we got P2 but this email wasn't the one with the login credentials. Instead of that we got an email that says a case was created. Does anyone know how long from this case creation email you get the portal credentials email?
I hear ya, we're on the same boat, the only difference mine shiwing as both in progress, then dead silence...
I don't know either, hopefully we get something before the end of this year.
I think we’re not supposed to get the credentials since we already have the account, as long as the same email was used. So there’s no need to wait. I hope you were able to figure it out earlier.
